Privacy Policy

Ultra Synchronous ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Ultra Synchronous platform, a proprietary trading analytics and account management service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our platform.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — username, email address, and password (stored as a one-way hash; we cannot recover your plaintext password).
• Mobile phone number — collected only if you choose to enable SMS alerts in your account settings. Providing a phone number is optional.
• Trading data — trade logs, account balances, cashout records, and related performance data that you enter into the platform.
• Payment information — billing and subscription data processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers; Stripe handles all payment processing under their own privacy policy.
• Usage data — standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages visited, retained for security and operational purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Ultra Synchronous platform.
• To send transactional and operational SMS alerts you have explicitly opted into, including trade signal notifications, cashout status updates, and risk limit warnings.
• To send account-related emails such as password reset links and billing notices.
• To process subscription billing through Stripe.
• To enforce our Terms of Service and protect the security of the platform.

3. SMS / Text Message Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and enabling SMS alerts in your account settings, you consent to receive text messages from Ultra Synchronous at the number provided. These messages may include:

• Trade signal alerts (GO signals from the scanner feed)
• Risk limit warnings (daily loss and drawdown threshold notifications)
• Cashout approval and rejection notifications
• Weekly performance summary messages

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on scanner activity and account events. You may receive multiple messages per day during active market hours when scanner signals fire, or fewer messages on quiet days. Risk alerts and cashout notifications are event-driven and sent only when a qualifying event occurs.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Contact your wireless carrier for details.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from SMS alerts at any time. You may also disable SMS alerts at any time from your account Settings page. After opting out you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your mobile phone number to any third party for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile number is used solely to deliver the operational alerts described above.

4. Internal Messaging

Ultra Synchronous includes an internal messaging feature for communication between traders using the platform, including a shared public room and private direct messages ("DMs"). The following applies to all messages sent through this feature:

• Automated review. Every message is automatically screened by an AI moderation system before it is delivered, to enforce our community guidelines (e.g. no unsolicited trade advice, harassment, spam, or sharing of others' personal information). If a message is blocked, the sender may appeal the decision for manual review.
• Messages are not encrypted, and administrators can view and delete any message, including direct messages between users. This applies platform-wide and is a deliberate part of how moderation and appeals are enforced. Do not send anything through internal messaging that you would not want an administrator to see.
• Deleted messages are retained. When an administrator removes a message, it is hidden from all users but the record is retained internally for audit purposes, consistent with our data retention practices described in Section 6.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers — we use Twilio to deliver SMS messages, Stripe to process payments, and email delivery services for transactional emails. These providers receive only the minimum data necessary to perform their function and are prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.
• Legal compliance — we may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
• Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all assets, user data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify users of any such change.

6. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Trade records, cashout history, and billing records are retained for a minimum of three years for financial recordkeeping purposes. Screenshot files attached to cashout records are automatically deleted 90 days after verification. You may request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us at the email address below.

7. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including encrypted passwords, HTTPS transport, and access controls. No system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we take reasonable precautions to protect your information.

8. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You may disable SMS alerts or remove your phone number at any time from your account Settings page. You may request a copy of your trade data using the CSV export feature in the platform.

9. Children

Ultra Synchronous is intended for adults engaged in proprietary futures trading. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
