Ultra Synchronous offers an optional SMS alert program (the "Program") to enrolled users. By enrolling, you consent to receive automated text messages from Ultra Synchronous at the mobile phone number you provide. Message types include:
To enroll, log in to your Ultra Synchronous account, navigate to Settings, enter your mobile phone number in E.164 format (e.g., +18135550000), and check "Opt in when SMS goes live." You must be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided. By enrolling you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have the right to provide consent for the number submitted.
Message frequency varies based on market activity and account events. During active market hours you may receive multiple messages per day when scanner signals fire. On days with no qualifying events, you may receive no messages. Risk alerts and cashout notifications are event-driven and sent only when a qualifying threshold is met. Recurring weekly summary messages are sent once per week on Sundays.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier message and data rates charged by your wireless carrier may apply to messages you receive. Contact your wireless carrier for details regarding your plan.
You may opt out of the Program at any time using any of the following methods:
After opting out, you may re-enroll at any time by re-entering your phone number and checking the enrollment option in Settings.

The Program is available to subscribers of major U.S. wireless carriers. Not all carriers are supported. Delivery of messages to some carriers may be delayed or unavailable. Ultra Synchronous is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your mobile phone number to any third party for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is used solely to deliver the operational alerts described in this document. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.
These SMS Terms are incorporated by reference into the Ultra Synchronous Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict, these SMS Terms govern with respect to SMS communications.
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. We will notify enrolled users of material changes by SMS or email. Continued enrollment after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
